Orders

• All orders are subject to availability. We confirm via WhatsApp before any payment is taken.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) shown on each product page are firm. We cannot ship below the MOQ.
• Prices shown are in PKR and may change without prior notice. The final price is the one we confirm on WhatsApp.

Payment

• We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. See our Payment Information page.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm your order.
• We do not store or process credit / debit card payments through this website.

Dispatch & Delivery

• We dispatch via Pakistan-wide cargo services. You are responsible for choosing a cargo point near you and receiving the order on arrival.
• Cargo charges are paid by the customer at the destination unless agreed otherwise.
• For live birds, we pack with care. Mortality during transit (when properly packed) is rare but possible; we will help file claims with the cargo company.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund of any advance payment.
• Once dispatched, orders are non-refundable except in cases of verified damage or loss during transit.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt service, or submit false information. We reserve the right to refuse service.
